Injection moulding in Poland: contract moulding to your drawing
C-TECH Sp. z o.o., part of the C-FORM Group, provides plastic injection moulding on machines from 25 to 1000 t in Kowary, Poland. We run series production in your mould, including moulds from China or from another moulder, or in a new mould from the C-FORM toolroom in the same building.
Already have a mould? We take over production
We take over customer moulds for series production, including moulds made in China or previously run at another moulder. The C-FORM toolroom is in the same building, so mould service and repairs are done on site, without shipping the mould abroad. In your enquiry, choose “I have a mould” and describe it: mould dimensions and weight, number of cavities, runner system (cold or hot runner), material and annual quantity.
We trial every mould on our own machine when it arrives. First good parts usually within 1–3 working days, sometimes within 24 h; it depends on the material, the process and machine availability. Terms are agreed individually.
We release the mould to the customer on the terms of our agreement.
If you order a new mould from C-FORM, it goes through T0 and T1 trials with us before series production starts.

Engineering plastics and metal-to-plastic replacement
We specialise in replacing metal parts with plastic ones and in moulding engineering plastics such as PEI, PPS and PSU. We also combine metal with plastic. We work for specialist industries, including the medical industry.
Assembly and packing
C-TECH has an assembly department and a packing department. We assemble moulded parts into subassemblies, combine metal with plastic, apply markings by pad printing and laser-mark parts. Finished parts are packed for dispatch.
Contract injection moulding on machines from 25 to 1000 t
We match the machine to the mould: the clamping force needed rises with the projected area of the part on the mould's parting plane and with the cavity pressure. Tell us the mould dimensions (W × H × L), its weight and the machine it has run on so far. We will check which of our machines can run it. There are approx. 19 injection moulding machines in the C-FORM Group (25–1000 t). We provide the specification of our machines (platen dimensions, tie-bar spacing, mould height) on request, in reply to your enquiry.
Producing moulded parts: how injection moulding works at C-TECH
The injection moulding machine melts plastic granules, forces the melt under pressure into the closed mould and holds the pressure until the part has solidified; then the mould opens and releases the finished part. One cycle produces as many parts as the mould has cavities.
Stages of the moulding cycle
Plasticising. The screw in the heated barrel melts and mixes the granules.
Injection. The screw forces the molten plastic into the mould cavities.
Holding pressure and cooling. The holding pressure makes up for the shrinkage of the plastic, and the cooled mould draws off the heat until the part has solidified.
Ejection. After the mould opens, ejector pins push the part out of the cavity.
Steps at C-TECH
Enquiry. 3D model (STEP, IGES, STL) or PDF drawing, material, annual quantity and deadline.
Mould. You have a mould: describe it in your enquiry (dimensions, weight, number of cavities, runner system) and we will check which machine can run it. You have no mould: a new one is designed and built by C-FORM.

- C-TECH (your mould)

T0 and T1 trials. T0 is the first set of parts from the new mould, moulded on a C-TECH machine; T1 is the trial after the mould corrections.
Series. Series production on the machine matched to the mould.

Quality: requirements agreed before series production
We agree the quality requirements before series production: a drawing with critical dimensions, samples from the trials, the packing method. Mould corrections are made by C-FORM in the same building, so a correction after a trial does not wait for transport.
For about 15 years we held ISO 9001 certification. Today we no longer certify, but we work to the same principles in our own quality system.
Questions about contract injection moulding
Will you take over my mould from another moulder or from China?
Yes. We take over customer moulds for series production, including moulds from China. Moulds are serviced and repaired by C-FORM in the same building. We trial every mould on our own machine when it arrives; first good parts usually within 1–3 working days. Describe the mould in your enquiry: dimensions, weight, number of cavities, runner system and a photo of the nameplate. In the form, choose “I have a mould”.
What is contract injection moulding?
It is the manufacture of plastic parts by an injection moulding company to the customer's specification: the customer sends a 3D model or drawing, and the moulder runs series production in the customer's mould or in a mould built for the customer. C-TECH runs series production on injection moulding machines from 25 to 1000 t, and the mould is built by the C-FORM toolroom in the same group.
What information should I prepare before contacting an injection moulder?
A 3D model (STEP, IGES, STL) or PDF drawing, the material, the annual quantity in pieces, the part weight if you know it, and the deadline. Also say whether you already have a mould or are buying one (yourself or from C-FORM).
What does the price of a moulded part depend on?
On the material and the part weight, the cycle time, the number of cavities in the mould, the machine size, the annual quantity and the operations after moulding (assembly, marking, packing). That is why we ask for a 3D model, the material and the annual quantity.
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
For about 15 years we held ISO 9001 certification. Today we no longer certify, but we work to the same principles in our own quality system. We agree the quality requirements for your part in our quotation.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. On request we sign an NDA before you send documentation. Tick it in the enquiry form.
How does the injection moulding process work?
In four steps: plasticising the granules, injecting the molten plastic into the mould, holding pressure and cooling, and ejecting the part. A new mould is first checked in T0 and T1 trials, and only then does series production start.
What is a T1 sample?
A T1 sample is a part from the T1 trial: the trial run on the mould after its corrections. At C-TECH, T0 is the first set of parts from a new mould built by C-FORM, moulded on a C-TECH machine; C-FORM then corrects the mould, and the T1 trial checks the corrected mould before series production starts.
Does C-TECH build injection moulds?
Moulds are built by C-FORM Sp. z o.o., the toolroom of the C-FORM Group; C-TECH runs the T0 and T1 trials and series production of the moulded parts.
Send a 3D model for an injection moulding quotation
Attach a STEP, IGES, STL or PDF file and state the material and annual quantity. We will reply with technical questions or a quotation. We answer in English and Swedish. Already have a mould? Describe it: dimensions, weight, number of cavities and a photo of the nameplate.
