Plastic injection moulding company in Poland: custom parts on 25–1000 t machines
C-TECH Sp. z o.o., part of the C-FORM Group, is a plastic injection moulding company in Kowary, Poland, with machines from 25 to 1000 t. We run series production in your existing mould, including moulds from China, or in a new one built by C-FORM in the same building. Speciality: metal-to-plastic replacement and engineering plastics (PEI, PPS, PSU). In Poland, C-TECH represents MasterFlow AB, a Swedish manufacturer of hot runners.
- 01ClampingThe mould closes in the injection moulding machine.
- 02InjectionMolten plastic flows through the hot runner into the mould cavities.
- 03Holding pressure and coolingThe plastic solidifies in the cooled mould while the screw plasticises granules for the next shot.
- 04EjectionThe mould opens and the finished part leaves the cavity.
- 05SeriesEvery cycle produces more parts.

Two ways to series production at C-TECH
Already have a mould, or still buying one? Choose where you start. The C-FORM toolroom and the C-TECH moulding shop are under one roof, in the same building in Kowary.
I have a mould
We take over moulds from other suppliers, also from China, and run series production in them on 25–1000 t machines. Mould dimensions and weight, number of cavities and a photo of the nameplate are enough to start.

- C-TECH
I am buying a mould
Buy the mould yourself from any toolmaker, also in China, or order it from C-FORM. With C-FORM, the toolroom and the moulding shop are under one roof: a mould correction after a trial does not wait for transport. C-TECH runs the series.
- Performed by
- C-FORM (mould from C-FORM)
- C-TECH (series)
From 3D model to series production in one plant
Your part goes from 3D model to series production within the C-FORM Group: C-FORM builds the mould, and C-TECH runs the trials and series production. The mould does not travel between companies, so a correction after a trial does not wait for transport. Already have a mould? Steps 02 and 03 do not apply to you: describe the mould in your enquiry.
3D model
You send a 3D model (STEP, IGES, STL) or a PDF drawing, with the material and annual quantity.

Assembly and packing
The assembly department builds subassemblies from moulded parts, applies markings by pad printing and laser-marks parts, and the packing department prepares the parts for dispatch.

Injection moulding machines from 25 to 1000 t
Clamping force holds the mould shut during injection, so it determines how large a mould and how large a part a machine can take.
MasterFlow of Sweden: representative in Poland
C-TECH Sp. z o.o. is the only representative in Poland of MasterFlow AB, the Swedish hot runner manufacturer.
Production in Poland instead of shipping from Asia
The mould, the trials and series production are in one plant in Kowary, Lower Silesia, near the Czech border. A mould correction or a repeat run does not require the mould to leave the plant.
Moving production from Asia? We take over customer moulds, including moulds from China. Moulds are serviced and repaired by C-FORM in the same building.

Frequently asked questions
Will you take over my mould from another moulder or from China?
Yes. We take over customer moulds for series production, including moulds from China. Moulds are serviced and repaired by C-FORM in the same building. We trial every mould on our own machine when it arrives; first good parts usually within 1–3 working days. Describe the mould in your enquiry: dimensions, weight, number of cavities, runner system and a photo of the nameplate. In the form, choose “I have a mould”.
How do you choose an injection moulding machine for a part?
First by clamping force: the larger the projected area of the part on the parting plane and the higher the cavity pressure, the more force is needed to keep the mould from opening. Then by the mould dimensions, which must fit the machine, and by the shot volume. At C-TECH you can choose from machines of 25 to 1000 t.
What is the largest injection moulding machine at C-TECH?
The largest C-TECH injection moulding machine has a clamping force of 1000 t and works in the production hall in Kowary.
Who do I sign the contract with?
With the company that performs the service, shown on the “Performed by” plate. Plastic injection moulding is performed by C-TECH Sp. z o.o., and moulds and hot runner repairs by C-FORM Sp. z o.o. We name the parties to the contract in our quotation.
How much does an injection mould cost?
The price of a mould depends on the size and shape of the part, the number of cavities, the runner system and the steel grade. Moulds are built by C-FORM, the toolroom of our group.
Can you also build the mould?
Yes, within the C-FORM Group. The mould is designed and built by the C-FORM toolroom, and C-TECH runs the T0 and T1 trials and series production on its own machines.
Where is the plant?
In Kowary, at ul. Zamkowa 9 (58-530 Kowary, Lower Silesia, Poland). The link to the map is on the contact page.
What is an injection moulding machine?
An injection moulding machine melts plastic granules, injects the melt under pressure into a closed mould and, once the part has cooled, ejects the finished moulding. Its size is given as clamping force in tonnes.
Have a part for series production?
Send a 3D model or drawing with the material and annual quantity. We will reply with technical questions or a quotation. We answer in English and Swedish. Already have a mould? Describe it: dimensions, weight, number of cavities and a photo of the nameplate.
