History of C-TECH
The company has operated since 1998, has belonged to the C-FORM Group since 2008 and has been named C-TECH since 2012.

The company is formed by the demerger of the carpet factory Fabryka Dywanów “Kowary” S.A., as Zakład Usług Technicznych Sp. z o.o.
2007
Inoris Medical AB (Sweden) becomes the sole shareholder.
2008
C-FORM Sp. z o.o. becomes the sole shareholder; Paweł and Przemysław Cyganik take over the management board.
2012
The company takes the name C-TECH (26.10.2012).
