The ctech.com.pl website is run by C-⁠TECH Sp. z o.o., ul. The website provides information about the services of C-⁠TECH Sp. z o.o. and of the companies of the C-⁠FORM Group. The content of the website is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny); the terms of cooperation are set by the quotation prepared for the specific enquiry and by the contract. The website is intended for businesses.

The service provider provides three electronic services free of charge:

1. making the content of the website available;
2. the enquiry form with the paths “Contract injection moulding” and “MasterFlow hot runners” (the second only in the Polish version);
3. cookie settings: the consent banner and the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

Use of the website begins when the page is opened and ends when it is closed; the form service ends when the enquiry is sent.

A web browser with internet access is all you need to use the website. The form also works without JavaScript; without it, however, the consent banner and the field checks in the browser do not work, and the enquiry source fields stay empty. An e-mail address is needed to send an enquiry. The form accepts STEP, IGES, STL and PDF files, up to 5 files, 50 MB in total.

1. Give true data and a description that matches your needs.
2. Do not send unlawful content or files with malicious software.
3. By sending files, you declare that you may share them for the purpose of preparing a quotation.
4. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either you or C-⁠TECH to conclude a contract.
5. No more than 5 enquiries can be sent from one IP address within 10 minutes; this is a protection against spam.
6. Files from enquiries are confidential; C-⁠TECH and C-⁠FORM have access to them. On request we sign an NDA before documentation is sent.

The rights to the texts, photos, drawings and logos on the website belong to C-⁠TECH Sp. z o.o. or to their owners, who have agreed to their use. Copying without consent, except for use permitted by law, is prohibited.

We take care that the content is correct and up to date. The website may be temporarily unavailable because of technical work.

The website contains links to other websites, including cform.pl, masterflow.se and OpenStreetMap. Their owners are responsible for their content.
